Discovery Process

To gather data and inform us of the pain points of the business, we conducted a user interview, user personas, user stories, and a business process map. I created the business chart that is pictured here using the Lucidchart app.  

Customized Home Page 

After gathering and interpreting the information from the gathering phase of the project, we constructed the framework of an org. This picture displays the home page, including a dynamic dashboard, that we created. Please note that the data shown here are fictitious.
