Experiential Project

To gain more experience, I constructed an org for a hypothetical client. My build included custom fields and objects; lookup fields; record types with associated business processes & paths; field history tracking; a personalized HubSpot website to use for a web-to-lead form; Lightning record, home, & app pages; reports & dashboards; a validation rule; a Flow; and an integrated app from Saleforce's App Exchange.

Custom Business Process & Path

I redesigned the out-of-the-box business process to create a customized business process and corresponding path. This image displays a custom Lightning record page, and the section captured by the oval drawing displays the custom business path.

Flow

I designed a Flow that would create a project for a Salesforce team each time an opportunity was closed/won. This image captures the details of my Flow.

This image displays the Lightning home page I created, along with its custom dashboard to show key data to provide users with an overview of various metrics.
