Job Search Project

I created an instance of Salesforce, a Salesforce "org," to assist me in my job search efforts. I started with an empty org and built all aspects of the site. Images here are screenshots from that project.

Record Page Layout

First, I created two record types, one for permanent positions and one for cohort-based positions. I then constructed page layouts, stages, and paths for each of them. Here, you can see the page layout, including custom fields and custom picklists for the lead source and the stage of the application process.

Custom Home Page

This image shows the home page of my Jobs app, one app I created within my Job Search org, which was custom-designed to best meet my needs. The dashboard includes various reports that help me track the status of my applications, the current stage of each job's application process, and the number of jobs I applied for each day.

Custom Apps

I created four Lightning apps for my Job Search org, each of which is based on a custom object that I designed. I also edited the app menu so that the apps I created would be the primary ones displayed throughout the org. The app menu, displaying my four custom apps is encircled.
